Featured Picked Artist: joeyfivecents

I first met the creator of joeyfivecents at an antique show called Clover Market, that we love to do in PA.  I bought one of her necklaces and just loved it.  I have been wearing it and telling all my friends about her jewelry and accessories.  I cannot say enough how much I LOVE her stuff!

Here’s a little bit about her: Susan
Forker
 is a
New
Englander that has lived in
New
York
and sunny
California before making a home in PA.  She
began
her
company,
 ‘joeyfivecents,’
 based
 on
a
lifetime
fascination with
offbeat
vintage
 graphics
and
the
 desire
to
 preserve
them
in
a
unique
way.

Every
finished
piece, or”
‘joey”, that
 she
creates
is one‐of‐a‐kind
 and
 made from repurposed vintage
paper and
findings,
with
mixed
 metals
and
resin.
  The
 end
result:
unique vintage modern, conversational
 pieces
that
 you
 can
 wear.

We have attached some pics of her gorgeous pieces.   To see more stuff and to purchase you can got to her shop:

*By the way, the necklace I have has the word Bravo in it.  It’s one of my favorite words.  Everyone loves a cheer 🙂

Featured Picked Artist: Digital Ephemera

Digital Ephemera Photography was started in early 2008 by Matt and Jess Ensminger.  While they specialize in commercial photography,  they are avid travelers that document their journeys through the eyes of their lenses.  We are thrilled that they are sharing their gallery of photos from Paris.  The photos shown here are a small sampling of what is available for purchase on their site.

Here is the link to the Paris Gallery: http://digitalephemeraphotography.zenfolio.com/paris.  They have graciously offered 10% off to our readers, just use the promotion code “Picked”.
